Returns

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@berlengajewelry.com.

We’ll send you return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package.

You can always contact us for any return questions at support@berlengajewelry.com.

Please note that personalised and final sale items are non-returnable. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have immediately and make a separate purchase for the new item.  Alternatively, you may wait until we receive the returned item and ship the new item to you.

 

Refunds

We process returns and reimburse you usually within 14 days after receiving your order back to us, or 14 days after receiving evidence of your order having been sent back to us. We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days; however, this may take up to 30 working days during busier times of year.

Returns from international countries outside mainland Portugal may be subject to a return fee that we deduct from the amount of your refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for orders returned to us from outside the EU.
